This site holds my resume and includes some items from my portfolio.
I've also included a short history of my interest in gaming, including the games I've played.
Summary of my Life
Graduated with a BA in Computer Science and English.
Ran away for a year to get my automechanics certificate in a town so far north, the rivers flow to the Arctic.
Hijacked by Microsoft for 9 years to test and write documentation for IIS, ASP, ASP.NET.
Finished kissing frogs and married a prince of a man.
Spent our honeymoon learning kick-ass crap from Shaolin monks.
Quit Microsoft to study computer games.
Ran out of money and joined the working world again to write documentation for the super-cool Microsoft product, Expression Blend. (Contracting rocks!)
Finished my Digital Gaming cert at Bellevue Community College.
Worked on contract again for Microsoft Expression Blend 2 (yeah!), and taught Game Design at Bellevue Community College.
Currently playing with XNA and SecondLife development in my spare time.
Looking forward to developing educational games/tools, and either writing docs for Expression again, or for game programming tools.
This site is under chronic development.
As of Thursday, May 15th, 2008, the timeline for this site is:
- Update all pages.
- Fix the broken games (Meow Mix and Mimicry).
- Convert site to Silverlight 2.0.
